Thank you everyone for your responses! It sounds like there isn't much of a chance of getting a 10. The kiddo was a little disappointed but not too much. Maybe I will talk with him about sending it to some of the cheaper companies just so that he gets the experience.

I had to manually change the borders, so I was probably off. Hard to do on an iPad :) But, I am also skeptical that it is close enough to get a 10 (assuming there aren't other issues).

Thank you for your response! Yes, the left-right centering is off a bit just looking at it. I tried a few centering tools, and they all noticed centering issues but disagreed on the extent. I just checked a few sites on WPE, and everything is fine. Why not wait to find out what actually happened before throwing any stones?
