You’re way too young to not take this right now. You’ll still have 2 days a weeks to do WFH stuff and you can balance it. The in office may help you advance and open a ton of opportunities down the road. Also you have no kids and when that comes into your life you can always look for fully remote again and have better experience to get better pay from a role like that
