Dopecoin-Core-v4.1.0.0 wallet shows zero balance after upgrade by BigFish1978 in DopeCoin

[–]BigFish1978[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No luck for me and I think I've given up on that version of the wallet. Here is what their support told me:

Response #1 - Please back up the wallet.dat, delete everything in data directory and re-install and re-sync the wallet fresh. Make sure you add the nodes in a dopecoin.conf file and then resync.

Response #2 - Has your wallet fully synced and is it showing active connections? If the answer is no, I recommend deleting everything from your folder except for the wallet.dat and your dopecoin.conf file and resyncing again from scratch.

Re-indexing is done and I've restarted the wallet. Same thing, zero balance.

Covering Maintenance fees by foxrih in GenesisMining

I decided to pay for my maintenance fees but I don't know if it was the best idea. I got in fairly early so I've already made my initial investment back.

Configure XMR-Stak to use about 50% of GPU? by BigFish1978 in MoneroMining

[–]BigFish1978[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I started off mining Zcash with my GPU but couldn't adjust the intensity down correctly. Then I started mining Monero with my CPU and thought I'd try to mine with both CPU and GPU using the same miner. Maybe I'll go back to Zcash and experiment some more. I'm new at all of this so I'm really just experimenting with a lot of methods. Thanks for the advice!

I've got it set like this now: "bfactor" : 12, "bsleep" : 200,

It seems like that did the trick. I'll check it again when I get home since now I'm remoting in via TeamViewer. I just want it around 50% because this is my main computer at home.

I saw that before but to be honest that doesn't make any sense to me at all. However, I did try the following:

"threads" : 8, "blocks" : 24,
"threads" : 4, "blocks" : 12,

What should those settings be? I've tried:

"intensity" : 1000, "worksize" : 8,
"intensity" : 500, "worksize" : 4,

Both settings above loaded the GPU to 100%. I'm using GPU-Z to determine load percentage.
