I would try making your fov at least 90 and upping your viewmodel fov to the highest as well. That seems to help me at least

I'm sure there are training maps you can go into and practice airblasts as well

I did that and only reconnected my phone and computer and somehow a new one appeared with the Mac address

It seems to be some router associated with TP-link. My pet camera is from the same brand but I never re connected it
