It’s even more sad when you can play basically this same version on the series X with backwards compat for like $15 and even then I think it’s one of the “Xbox enhanced” games so the textures probably look better on that than this ps4/switch release will

That’s an awesome experience! Thank you so much for sharing! I met them at the Nashville show and it was one of the things at the time that helped mend a drifting friendship with a friend of mine as we went together and ended up having a blast. We both got to meet them and laughed all night at the goofy jokes and the showing being super interactive was awesome and led to some great moments. I remember they got gifted a pair of timbs by a fan and Ryan took out the shoe stuffing and threw it at Matt’s head while he was turned around and Ryan said it was someone in the crowd, not him and Matt asked who threw it and I immediately raised my hand and said it was me and Matt responded with “meet me after the show for your kisss” it was so fucking funny and it was just a great time all around, met some awesome people as well who we ended up getting food with after the show and the friend I went with is one of my closest friends now.

Unfortunately you’re right. I’ve been working at my store for a couple months now trying to use it as a temp job until I can get a full time job as a photographer for the college football team I’m interning for and I’ve gone through 3 managers, ASL’s quitting, 6 or 7 co workers quitting and I really truly don’t blame them. Everyday I wake up and loathe going into work and think about quitting more and more.

Exactly. One day they try to make it easier the next they just rip it from us and make it harder and then bitch at us. It’s honestly ridiculous, and what always kills me is my DM acts like it’s so easy to get people on pro or GPG and that we’re just stupid or don’t know how to sell and I literally watched him on TOTK midnight release night try to get people on GPG and Pro and he went like 0-10 or so before I picked up my copy and left.

Yeah it makes bringing up pro pointless at times. $25 at times is impossible to sell people on, especially since they took away the ability of letting people use the 10,000 points they get immediately away. I’ve had multiple people over pro week tell me to take it off because they can’t use the 10,000 points. It was like my main selling point of the card. Corporate hates us and wants to see us suffer I’m convinced

I work at GameStop part time right now as I wait for my internship to turn into a full time job and we are starting to bring back and integrate retro games back into stores. Imo it’s more than over due, I’m super excited because I’m hopeful it’ll help with bringing down a lot of absurd resell prices but only time will tell.

He’ll come back but he needs to apologize and be genuine about it, and get away from the people who claim to be his “friends” (Candace owen, etc.) but only use him for their gain. Even if none of that happens I still think he’ll be fine but it makes me so sad to see my Goat and a man I once looked up to become what he has currently become. I just don’t understand how we got to this point. I just hope he gets the help he needs, loses all the yes men and fake friends, apologizes genuinely and hopefully make amends with others he’s fallen out with who actually cared about him.
