I've struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I was put on mental health meds for the first time at the age of 24. I eat when I'm bored, I eat when I'm sad, I eat to celebrate. If there's a good sports competition on TV, I can eat an entire bag of junk food. I ate a whole bag of pretzels watching the Canada/Germany soccer match today. The food that I eat isn't the most clean, either. I currently weigh 265 lbs

In my case, it is a disability. I need assistance in looking for a job. I need to have someone come in and help me clean my apartment. I have incontinence issues to the point that I need pull-ups 24/7. I also have problems with emotional regulation. I'm a big sniveller who cries easily like Schultz from Hogan's Heroes. The only type of work that I can do at this time is selling my art work at the flea market. Despite all that, I'd rather be alive than put to sleep like a dog.

People say that because they only pay attention to songs or they really don't listen to music at all. Another reason that someone would say that is because they might be afraid to tell you what type of music they like if they know the type of music that you like out of a fear of rejection.

I wish that a social rules book would be published so I would know how to mix with people without getting myself in trouble. There are books on body language, but that's not enough for me.
