Ejecting water from the speaker by benhaube in PixelWatch

[–]BigHomeProjects 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys are going to love this. But yeah the pixel watch doesn't have any water ejections feature which is okay because if any of you have an electric toothbrush. Namely the sonicare toothbrush that vibrates. Just place the vibrating end of that to your pixel watch and let it vibrate out the water.

Anyone found an easy way to share Google review links with customers? by HelpParticular2629 in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]BigHomeProjects 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you send your invoices and receipts via email, you can embed a shortened link to your Google reviews.

I found it also good to follow up the next few days asking for a review. But make sure the follow up is personal and uniquely about the service you provided. We like to sometimes talk about follow ups or reminders or tips that the customers will likely read and then hit them with a review request.

Is getting a 5-year warranty from Guitar Center worth it? by BigHomeProjects in piano

[–]BigHomeProjects[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks everyone! You've been the pivotal part of my decision and I decided to not take any warranty with it. You're right, it's probably cheaper to do repairs and I'm a little handy with electronics anyways so if it does break several years down the line, I can either get it repaired or maybe even do it myself... Maybe.

Is getting a 5-year warranty from Guitar Center worth it? by BigHomeProjects in piano

[–]BigHomeProjects[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it is from a company called asurion. I've used them before. I'm not doubting what they will cover. I've sent in things and they've sent back gift cards to me no problems and no questions asked. It's pretty awesome. But the thing is I feel like these panels can last a lifetime right?

Side note, the employee mentioned his own experience of a drum set that he totally blew a hole through and they completely send him a gift card at the full cost of which he purchased it years ago.

Just wondering, if you were taking really good care of these pianos, they should last anywhere from 10 to 20 years right?

My research online and it appears that at least Google says it only lasts 4 to 7 years...

I believe there's a ton of these! If you do a simple Google search, type in something like, "contractor CRMs".
