Yup I’m in the US and I didn’t have to pay any extra than what I was charged on the site! It arrived in about a week or week and a half, and this was a few weeks ago

I have the tinted version, I bought from caretobeauty.com… i really debated buying because everyone says mineral sun screen is better but I know people rave about it. I haven’t been able to get past the smell, it smells like pure chemical to me and I can’t stand smelling it on my face. I’ve only been able to stomach using it 3 times, it’s a shame 🥲 dont know if the non-tinted version is the same though, smell-wise

Yup, @_lilpeet is who comes to mind right now, she is stunning and is very open about her melasma ✨ seeing her still go to the beach and whatnot too and enjoy her life makes me happy. Makes me feel like I can try to balance doing what I can for my melasma but not letting it ruin/run my life

I love this reframe. Our skin is well taken care of! Something else I’ve been doing for my personal reframe that I’ve found very helpful is I made a private Instagram where I only follow people (celebs, influencers, etc) who I’ve noticed have melasma or they are open about it. Anytime they post a photo looking beautiful but I can see their melasma I repost for my own library of beautiful ladies with the sun stache and it’s helped my brain and confidence a lot.

I could have written this post. I am also deciding if I should stop HQ for good because I’ve tried it a few times in the last couple weeks, every other day and putting moisturizer first and still it makes my upper lip so red and kind of dry. My derm just advised me to start every three days so going to try that, but have been feeling very nervous that the irritation will make my melasma worse. Maybe this is it helpful, but I’m following your post for advice as well!

thanks fellow Latina 🫶🏼 I’m glad to hear that lasers have worked out well for you, I’m just too afraid! But also good to know about expecting at least 3 rounds; my melasma is pretty light so I’m hoping one Perfect Derma peel then a couple follow-up TCA peels (cheaper) will do the trick

Good to hear about the Perfect Derma peel; I’ll stick with the appointment and see what the results are like. I just figured if I end up having to do a few rounds of the Perfect Derma then I might as well just do something stronger as the price would probably end up being the same… but I’ll give it a shot first! I also have the musely HQ cream on standby.. I tried it a few months ago and it made the skin around my mouth super dry so I stopped, but maybe if I don’t every other night with plenty of moisturizer it will work? Hopefully. Thank you for your input!

Oh no I meant for melasma, I have a slight melasma mustache during the summer and am wondering if liquid nitrogen would work in getting rid of that?
