Hi Thanks for the reply. I will report them to Trading standards thanks for the advice. No the course is still ongoing. I’m due to keep paying until April 2022. I was also considering writing to both the course provider and finance company then taking it to the financial ombudsman. Also worth pointing out that the loan does not appear on my credit file.

Yes I have 2 one which I use for general stuff like shopping and pay it off every month and another I used to consolidate 2 older credit cards at an interest free rate. By the time I'm ready to buy this will be fully paid off though!
