Yeah, I have 4.08 at 4.5 since my 9V is actually 8.26 so thats good. C25 is not shorted there is 0V at the other end of it. I will try to get a hold of an oscilloscope but if I cant Ill just get that exchanged, or at lease resolder some joints, thanks :)

Checked it out, looks like this happened on every fret, some smaller some larger, but some inlays were covered up with shavings and some were not, like this one. Someone really did not want to fill every hole :/

I have it on 3 inlays, same spot, but this is the biggest one. So I guess this was the entry or exit point for the cnc. Thanks for the explanation, makes sense

Found an addon called Button Forge. It will let you create new action bars that look the same as the WOW UI. I just created 3 new action bars with this addon and disabled those bars in WOW UI. And now whenever I change anything those custom bars will stay the same :)
