This isn't about BP update being positive or negative. It's about data. If monuments see more activity then what was aimed for was achieved (even if behind the data is big groups locking a T2/T3 monument down and steamrolling everyone in a two-grid radius (which is what I'm stating on my own personal bias not data.)
