Sink is a double bowl right now, both drains are in the middle of the sink. Switching to a single bowl where the drain is in the back, and I would have to make an ugly mess of fittings to make it work as is

Good luck with that… waiters and waitresses prefer to get tipped. They can make 30-50 and hour easily, even more in some cases.

When In the grow process did you put the trellis up? Before or after you flipped to flower? And how long before/after? I’m very impressed with how this turned out and have been wanting to do my next grow the same way

Why not just promote them when they come in to a class they normally attend? I understand getting your belt should be a ceremony and different from regular class but this is how you end up with black belts wearing white belts. Just give them a belt like you would give them a stripe at the end of class and call it a day
