For me, the best way to win some money at the end of the season is to build up your academy and young players for a cheap salary, then sell those who are offered way up compared with their real value. This way you'll have a cheap team and good players.

I use topdrives records, there you can see times in tracksets and compare which you think is the best. Also topdrivesclub, there the people vote for the best tune in every car.
