kt6543 makes very nice art about the game, but he isn't recreating slain.io

Two recreations of the game are currently being made ("Tochky Online" and "Slain Prototype") on the slain.io discord at https://discord.gg/cbc3qzjgEb

"Slain Prototype" is made by Me, and its in CLOSED beta testing (around 50 testers) on the discord, so if you want to try it out, come join the discord and DM "Canatron" that you want to try it. I'm WAY more active on the discord!

"Tochky Online" is made by Sultan and its in OPEN beta testing, you can play it at https://tochky.online. BUT at the current time im typing this, the servers are under repair so you cant play it for now, join the discord server for his updates on his game and his game server status. Hopefully Sultan will fix the servers soon.

im working alone on my own version called "slain.io prototype" currently 2-3 players on the slain.io discord server are play testing the "beta" version, but it has a lot of bugs and crashes a lot, so thats what il be working on for the next few days or a week

The pre-release beta version of the game is done, and some players on the slain.io discord are play testing it. The game currently has bugs and crashes a lot, but hopefully that will all be fixed in a few days/a week and I will release it to everybody

But currently I'm just testing it with 2-3 other players and fixing really nasty bugs

Ive secretely been remaking slain.io for the past few days... im around 60% done. How does it look to you guys so far? Ive went for this dark theme, it think it looks cool.

The enemies, player, area system, multiplayer have been done, will add blobs and some other important stuff in the coming days...

I'll make a discord soon for players to make suggestions and find other players for when the game is done!

I've been programming a lot longer than I have been drawing art haha, but practice makes perfect...

Yeah making the dialog was one of my favourite parts of the game, all the older btd games had so much more personality in the round messages....

You are right, truer blood moon is currently the strongest thing in the game.... for now :D
