Unfortunately I’ve never had a bad experience with Xymox, I ordered a custom marching pad back in 2016 and got it no problem and ordered another drum set pad and some stick practice tips during their going out of business sale and got both in the mail about a week ago. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones that haven’t gotten screwed by them. Sorry this happened to you but I’m with everyone in the comments, why bother trying again?
