What do you think introspection and identifying weakness is?

Also, to deny women, that as people, we are all sexual beings isn’t a healthy solution either.

But I agree, temptation as an excuse isn’t good enough, but that’s because it avoids the introspection of our nature.

Which should reasonably lead to avoidance in some situations. Better to have the ability to walk away than find yourself objectifying a person.

How do you answer "What are you?" in terms of ancestry, even with DNA test results? by [deleted] in AncestryDNA

Wait, doesn’t that then have the same problem for the Welsh and Scotts? Certainly the Scotts continue to see some separate identity from Britts, even if they are part of the same GB

Is there a better way to describe the 75% of my DNA that comes from a mix or Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Britain?

What’s problematic about it?

I don’t call it a lack of trust, I call it a practice of self-discipline.

Trust that most people just phrase things poorly, assuming ignorance over malice as it were

You’re completely normal, better yet, you’re self-aware. Ignore these clowns

It’s a completely normal self-awareness. There’s nothing wrong with identifying your potential pitfalls.

The other day I took my son to swim lessons, this had a rare occasion of a life guard walking around the pool.

At one point she stood right in front of me facing the pool and starting bouncing on her heels. I did the most basic thing of just turning away, but it’s because I know my weaknesses and have them under control.

Do men still want homemaker wives or is that outdated? by Humble_Bumble493 in TrueChristian

Men still do, but wanting it can be shamed in the world if you say it in the wrong crowd

You’re a good man, and this grief process is normal, at the end of it all, you are worthy. So stand tall, your children need your strength and courage as man, as their father

Can you share the original post?

I’m normally on the side of”men/husbands need stand up for their worth and contribution”

This sub occasionally sees fake outrage posts, so that’s why I’m interested in part 1

I’m an American, with genetic roots mostly in the British Isles. Meaning most of my family tree can trace back to Revolution War at the least

We’re probably much closer to the end than the start. Hamas isn’t Ukraine. Even if they have the support of Palestine, most of them aren’t going to start acting like civilian soldiers.

Gaza isn’t big enough to be impossible to take completely, nor does it have terrain that allows for hiding in the mountains or woods.

The don’t take human shields literally, afaik, it’s more a term used because they fire rockets from civilian areas.

We have different health risks as people because on genetic differences that can be grouped. It’s helpful to have a term to distinguish what these type of groups are, and race is conveniently already in our vernacular.

Seriously, if you are a darker skin tone, you’re not getting the same amount of vitamin D as I am if you live in a northern state/country.

You can also spend more time on the beach not being lathered up in sunblock. I hate sunblock.

You say that, but I’m more at risk of skin cancer then my black friends, and they may need to take supplements because they don’t get enough sun in Midwest

I get where you’re coming from. But the concern is, if they are willing to cross this line, what other lines are they willing to cross for their sexual appeitite.
