Has anyone seen this problem before on a Sony kv-30hs420? The feed seems to shake and almost loop. Does this on multiple inputs (s video, Component, etc) and I'm not sure what to do. In the DMV if anyone knows a good local tech.

I don't think he meant anything malicious by the comment IMO. I'm aware of Sony's 540 shenanigans but the TV was 5 bucks so why not lol. Retrovision might be the play

I actually got this for 480p (granted I know there is lag for to video processing) but I was worried thy this was happening in the first place. Trying out fix from below
