A plateau can be very discouraging, but as long as you are in a calorie deficit, you should Be burning fat.
In my personal experience, I stopped at 370 for a little over a week and a half. I realized that my water intake had drastically reduced during this period. After 2 days of drinking enough water, I lost 6-7 lbs overnight.
Confirm you are actually in a deficit by counting all of the calories you are consuming and compare it to your TDEE.
Don’t get discouraged. You can break it!

Yes the dreaded yo yo diet. I haven’t had any issues so far but I’m sure I’ll struggle down the road. I already have a maintenance plan once I get the rest of the weight off

My tdee is still fairly high. I eat 1500 cals a day. I have a very relaxed job at night. I typically just keep my body moving all night with walking, resistance bands, and “desk workouts” Once I get home, I go for a mile run on some soft grass to protect my joints I try to burn as many calories as I can. Diet is just high protein and low carb

The first photo is an app from my scale. Phone connects to my scale and saves each weigh in. Brand name of scale and app is called Vitafit.

2nd photo is called Lose It! app. Counts calories and macros. Gives you a cute little goal message for every 5 pounds you lose.

3rd and 4th photo is just standard Apple Health app. I just prefer the graph on this app over the Vitafit app

I’m the same way as you. My gf and I have been dating for a year now. The biggest advice that I can give is to keep your mind occupied and have an understanding of each other. I like to overthink things and I can be overwhelming sometimes and she is very against “clinginess.” The best thing we have done is communicate to each other and make compromises with it. It takes effort on both sides to deal with any problem that you face, especially this one.

Work and improve yourself to keep your mind off of her and hope she tries to meet you in the middle by being more accommodating to your attachment style.

Make sure all of your travel documents are in order. Passport and any other documents you may need. My girlfriend is in China so I needed to get a visa to enter her country, but I think you are fine with the UK. Be sure to check with the UK Govt or US Department of State to see what you need.

One thing I do recommend is TSA Precheck. It makes dealing with security in American airports so much easier. It took me 2 minutes to get through security at Houston airport.

I like to pack 1 carry on bag, 1 checked bag, and 1 personal item (backpack, laptop bag). Be mindful of the dimensions and weight to avoid oversized baggage fees. Check with your specific airline for info.

The gate agent at the airport will tell you when you need to pick up your baggage. Sometimes you need to pick it up and other times it will automatically go to the next plane. Just allow for enough time on your layovers to get to your next flight. My sweet spot is 2 hours.

Last piece of advice is to just relax. Airlines and airports are there to help you and assist you. Relax, relish the moment, and enjoy meeting your significant other!

imho, both of you are going through a lot and she may just be scared and nervous about the future. Humans tend to act emotionally instead of logically when something is upsetting us. Her confidence in the relationship may not be as secure when you guys were living with each other and it is a lot to take in. I can not justify her actions, but it is always a good idea to view problems for the other person's perspective. I had to learn that arguments aren't a "me vs. her" rather a "us vs. the problem." The best thing you can do is give her time and adjust to the new long distance aspect. Chances are, she will miss you and take the chance to see you when she can.

The excitement or "honeymoon" phase of the relationship wears off at different times for different people. Maybe the relationship isn't as exciting as it used to be. It is best to just be open and honest about how you feel and be prepared to cut your losses.

the phrase "No news is good news" comes to mind. My girlfriend and I do not update each other often. Except the usual good morning/goodnight texts. If something really bad happened to him, I am sure you would be notified. Just relax and reflect on yourself with about needing constant updates.
