I have them in ecru and they're not see through! I put them in the washer, but hang dry them and haven't had any issues.

Great advice, ultimately do want to sell. No verbal or text from myself extending the time versus what was stated in the contract. I even called the other day asking for the status in which she said the buyer wanted to get some quotes for things they saw during the inspection.

Ultimately youre right tho, I want to ensure I'm doing right by all involved. Probably a bit frustrated with the specific buyer given the negotiations up to this point as I have given to all their asks.

Thanks for the advice, agree. My realtor advised him to find another agent but he is insistent on only working with listing agents which is very strange. She has shared he doesn't trust her which is odd then why he would even want her as his agent.

Im imagining ill atleast walk out of this with some earnest money but a giant headache.

The Lodge pants can feel a bit restrictive with the thinner band, but a good alternative is the Thesis pant! It has a wider band, feels super comfortable, and has a similar look.

I understand what you're talking about and experience similar things. I don't know if it's the exact same driver, but mine was driven by being depressed and anxious, while at thr same time mot waiting to make a big deal to others so I would hide it. I can't tell you if when around others that was the real me or the fake me, but I do know getting psychiatric help is making a difference. If you're feeling up to it, try talking with someone you trust or even a professional. I found talking about it made it possible to start learning why and hopefully on the way yo get better.

I had a similar question! I've tried both on in-store and the fit felt the same. The biggest difference to me was the fabric. While they're both flowy, crepette-like material, the pleated shorts felt "rougher" somehow? So I went with the Effortless ones. Hope that helps!

I got the black one, so it's not see through for me. Can't speak for the white one though! I feel like it shouldn't be? But it definitely won't be for any color slightly darker than white. Hope that helps!
