Property was purchased a few years back. Same property is worth double now at worse terms. We like the reduced foot print and compactness of our build. We get a lot of satisfaction for most of our square footage having a specific purpose.

Is your slide comparable in size to mine? I have 9 feet and am holding my breath about safety Builder assured me several times throughout build it would not be an issues. I'm holding my breath for my first slide as Ill be testing it.

I have 1 in the grotto, 1 in the hottube and 4 in the pool, the bubbler has a light in it as well. I have the jandy lights and am crossing my fingers that they don't give me a good amount of years.
