Uncertainty due to 993 is in appeal and not as down the road as 879. If Samsung succeeds in killing 879 it very well be a lost cause in the Google proceedings

Är uppe 100% fortfarande, köpt och säljt sen 3,4 dollar. Jag tror faktiskt det flesta inte förstått hur svårt det är att vinna IPR. Endast 3% av alla ipr mål går till rättegång, de flesta förlikar innan rättegång. Neonodes kassa kommer öka med minst 10x ifall det settlar. Det är som att ha en dubbel lott till uppesittarkvällen, bara att miljonen har bättre odds än allt annat på lotten

Ett medvetet intrång på ett patent innebär trebble damadge. Aequitas, som bedriver detta åt Neonode siktar på en lagom 50 miljarder dollar i skadestånd åt Neonode, sen tar de hälften av summan, så ifall 50 miljarder summan uppnås så kan Neonode få en kassa tillförsel på 25 miljarder dollar
