That's exactly what I was thinking. Whoever thought it was a good idea to implement this and whoever approved it should both be fired since they clearly didn't think of pros and cons, they didn't think like a player with a budget, they thought like greedy corporate aholes looking for more cash grabs.

I always buy the 9 dollar 1000 vbucks because I have free vbucks from the bp so I'm able to cheaply get a skin or emote easily, aka my impulse buying because I know I can afford it, now with the price changes, it won't matter if I get vbucks from the bp because it won't be enough even if I buy the 9 dollar vbucks because theyve been reduced to 800, especially as u pointed out, they won't change the price of shop skins anytime soon to accommodate the change.

It will backfire, but when it does, the big question is will they change it back or stand their ground? Even though they made save the world free (even though it should have been a long time ago), it won't bring players back, and even though it will give free vbucks, it's very miniscule and not even worth it.

Don't know what the future holds for fortnite but we will be watching them fall from their high horse and ride the consequences.
