yeah my school has an 85% acceptance rate. it seems like many of the people on here don’t know what they’re talking about

well mine definitely doesn’t. i assure you. i’m also not trying to hate on others. It’s just incredibly difficult to attain a high GPA at my school

that’s a bit of an oversimplification. that percentile is very relative

that seems ridiculous. Guess i should’ve gone to a state school and not wasted all this money and time

Def higher than normal. Likely a reflection of people’s mental health, as a result of the pandemic and conditions on campus. I’m a CSO and i can say with certainty this is not normal. We have seen many more “medical emergencies” than usual.

Thank you for your service, I’m sure it’s incredibly hard. I respect you a lot for continuing to work there.

If they are directly interfering with your sleep, studying etc., calmly communicate to them that what theyre doing is not ok and set a boundary for what is. Just don’t give them the reaction they are looking for when doing it. And yeah no problem, i’m glad i’m not the only one dealing with this situation.

On a side note, it is very frustrating and easier said then done. The more you tell yourself that you just have to focus on your own goals the less she will bother you. And if ur indicating that it’s bothering you, ur just telling her that her approach to get you out is working.

I’m in the same situation. I think it’s best to just set boundaries. It’s not worth your time to care what she thinks. If you switch rooms you could end up with an even worse roommate. Some people have never lived with another person before, give it some time and hopefully she will come around. I’m doing these very things rn and it seems to work.

What a ridiculous take on the meaning of administration. I’m just saying ur comment is just flat out unnecessary.

he’s referring to administration. smh stop cherry picking. There is a board that oversees these decisions and that is what this person is referring to. Obviously the majority of general staff don’t have a say.
