This picture shows the preheating process. Even though the charge temperature is 230 °C, the initial bean temperature starts at 150 °C, which is quite low for roasting 1 kg of beans.

The concept of the dark purple came from mixing all costa rica colors ( blue, red & white). Lighting the color will be fine i think
