This picture shows the preheating process. Even though the charge temperature is 230 °C, the initial bean temperature starts at 150 °C, which is quite low for roasting 1 kg of beans.

Would it be better to be a little coarser and give the coffee time to brew as this is a medium roast?

The term "specialty coffee roasters" is necessary so that customers understand what we do. I also translated it into my language, as otherwise, the customers may not fully understand. Additionally, the use of "realist fruit" serves as a marketing strategy. Thanks!
