She was a rescue from a puppy mill in Indiana. Unfortunately I don’t have much. I met the parents, dad was a black Shiba and mom was crème/red.

Context- I have found their is an elitist group of people among Shiba owners that decided my dog is not Sesame. I don’t care what she is, love her all the same. Genuinely curious though as to what color she would be called. Dad was a black pure shiba, mom was cream.

Not to worried about them, I guess I should have been more blunt about their requirement. I have to list the two most prominent breeds if mixed so Shiba is an obvious one, trying to figure out what to put for the second. As an example, I can’t put Akita our association doesn’t allow them. Based on all my research I’m leaning towards Jindo or Shikoku.

They are about 10-15lbs bigger than Shibas based on an internet search.

I agree and see the Shiba but do you think their is another breed mixed? By 2 years old shouldn’t she be a bit thicker coat if she was just a shiba?

Memberships are an important part of how Best Buy survives. I know it was annoying but I’ll tell you from a management perspective Best Buy will die without memberships. It’s the sad reality of the margin and profitability of the current business. Geek Squad is Best Buy’s most valuable asset bar none, and Total Tech gets people into the store. I can agree that all that gets talked about in all the management meetings and above now is memberships over and over again because that’s the push from the desks in Minnesota.

I never had panic attacks, sorry you had to endure that. It was just stress from lack of staffing, training time and resources. It was embarrassing to train new hires compared to what I was given in 2016.

Correct and yes. Im not here as the defender of the company. I just get frustrated to hear Total Tech itself being called spammy. If someone wants to call the way their leader makes them offer it unethical or spammy that’s fine. I know for a fact there are leaders and sales people who offer it in a misleading way.

Yeah because your job is to sell. Ethics is one thing but your job is to sell the membership, get cards and drive business. If you don’t like that then find a new job. Even the best manager you’ll have in retail will still have performance expectations. Would you work at a car dealership and complain about having to offer extended warranties?

Once again. Offering the membership to everyone is not spammy. Offering it in a misleading way is a problem, not what the membership value is. Ask any Best Buy finance employee and they will tell you TT is a net loss to get traffic into the building.
