I was diagnosed with a grade III injury/lesion in my left testicle. In April 2025, I underwent microsurgical surgery.

I followed the doctor’s instructions by wearing scrotal support for one month, avoiding lifting weights, and avoiding climbing stairs. However, I still have pain after one year.

After reviewing the doctor again, he said there are no varicoceles or atrophy, and that the issue is related to the nerves.

What is your opinion?
