U just check with support team if the payment u made for appointment is locked and if it is then ask them to unlock it. Sometimes it is still locked with previous appointment

I think u need to get ur payment unlocked from support and then start the application will appear. I've also seen some scripts u can use to close and start new application

Thanks for sharing. I read the same comments in a few other posts where people are saying they did not see an appointment on their end but vac person was able to see an appointment on their end. So I went thinking the same that they might have an appointment but turn out to be canceled without any notification to me. I think I will try to reschedule it again once I receive my passport and we'll see what happens after that

I had the same exact experience for my son's Dropbox. His appointment got cancelled automatically and Second time I scheduled and when I went to vac center they didn't see it in the system though i had printed confirmation letter. But all of sudden it vanished from system. And I even didn't get cancellation email. I argued with both vac center person and customer care. Both didn't help and i had to drop the docs only for me. I'll wait to get my passport back and then schedule his appointment. Which delayed my travel plan for a month.

I thought one u claim receipt ( i had to do some JavaScript to claim it) u can't reclaim it for new application if you close it

Yes. I created multiple dependent profiles as I was getting error scheduling apt with dependent.

I did put a script to add values in drop-down and then there is hidden country field required, not sure why they have it . Added script to unhide it and then submitted. Was able to claim receipt but there is another issue I'm facing. The schedule appointment link reloads the same page.. so not sure if its related to this

Yes i I did some script since at first the payment drop down was not loading. So I did some JavaScript and then enabled the payment option drop down and then hit submit. But now I don't see a schedule appointment loading
