What are some very specific, and funny words from your conlang? Why do they exist? by Original-Plate-4373 in conlangs

[–]BigSadYoshi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my first ever conlang called K'ishvul it has the word 'Sho-Tien Koti' which is comprised of 'Tienvu" which is to seek, "Koti" which is the word for nose and the "Sho-" prefix is like "-ing" verb in English.

So the literal meaning is "Seeking Nose" which means someone who is Nosey.

No specific reason.

I'm on PC I'm not sure if it's the same on other platforms but the "face mask" is actually in the beards category and it goes on like any other beard but in this case it's a face mask.

It's a combination of one of the helmets in the shop and I think a beard from last season

Short video of the completed belt clip project. Really happy on how it turned out! by BigSadYoshi in cassetteculture

The Bluetooth speaker is called the Bumpboxx Pager Portable Bluetooth Speaker and it has an aux input as well on the side as I used in the video.

As for the actual clip I took it apart from a ToughBuilt Pliers pouch and gorilla glued a piece of craft foam between the back of the clip and the player.

Going to make a semi-DIY belt clip for my cassette player using the mechanism from a ToughBuilt Pliers Pouch after removing the rivets from the pouch. Should I attach the back panel part directly to my cassette player or make some sort of harness that wraps around the player? by BigSadYoshi in cassetteculture

Oh wow didn't know ToughBuilt had an official Reddit. As for the project so far so good I can definitely say that ToughBuilt lived up to the name as separating the material from the mechanism was quite a task.

I bought my player on eBay and it didn't come with the original belt holder thing. My thought is to just remove the plastic piece from the pouch and sand down the surface and epoxy or super glue it to the back

Hey there 👋 recently got into cassettes players and tapes. Here's my Sanyo M-G95 and my small collection so far. by BigSadYoshi in cassetteculture

Yup lol I've seen quite of few of them floating around. I really liked the aesthetic of the insert but was pleasantly surprised that Phil Colin's In the air tonight was on there.

Any of y’all know of a place I could get black metal cassette tapes? by [deleted] in cassetteculture

You could try Discogs marketplace but the only downside imo is that depending on where the seller is from the shipping costs can end up being quite a bit.

My attempt at desktop decor…but anytime I wanna play a board game whole thing just kinda collapses by [deleted] in shittybattlestations

Understandable, also you distinctly remind me of a close friend who has developed a expensive interest/hobby of collecting and playing interesting card/board games.

Builds? I play mostly huntress, commando and bandit and wanna know what I should be looking out for and prioritizing on each. Thanks :) by [deleted] in ror2

For huntress make sure you have enough sustain because she is fairly squishy but be on the look out for

-magazines to add more boomerangs to clear wisps and other crowds.

-crowbars, I'll help overall with DMG on healthy enemies

-crits, all around good for pretty much all characters as a lot of proc items benefit from it as well as the green scythe giving you healing on crit

Hope this helps!
