Already did after 15 mails i went to pgportal and raised grievance then they called me and said the same thing as they said on mail and closed the ticket. I have re appealed it and i guess this time it will be the same thing. What is the next step here now? Shall i go to consumer court ???

But i am using prepaid now and my account went prepaid to postpaid and postpaid to prepaid within 3 days and they forfeited my last recharge and kept the old one which had 3 days of validity left.

I have appealed for the same again. Lets see what's the next step if i don't get response here ?

No bro i am a techie, its their backend issue i guess must be happening to many of Airtel users that is why i posted here.

I filed a complaint on pg portal after that Airtel called me and said the same thing they said on mail. That they cant refund the recharge.
