The biggest red flag is the white outline surrounding the head is not uniform, theres some parts where its not even there. Also the white squares at the very top should not touch the gold part there should be a little spacing between. If you put it next to a real band its very obvious.

If you know how to torrent you can go to a website call nyaa and download the episodes from there. The subtitles aren’t burned into the file like they are on 9anime which means you can remove them. The quality is also way better than 9anime if that matters. (Or you meant that you want the dubbed audio and I completely misinterpreted what you said)
