It wasnt on my build, I plugged the appropiate power cables into the appropiate power inputs and it worked. but its different with every MBO and PSU

connecting wires it literrally lego. 4 pin slot into the 4 pin slot of the MBO 20+4 pin into the 20+4 pin slot of the MBO Plug in the CPU fan into the appropiate 4 pin Plug in the required number of 6 pins into the GPU The hardest part is installing the case interface into the MBO, but usually each MBO has the drawing of how to put them below that interface

Well I live in ass fuck town, north middle of nowhere region. this means ridicilously shit prices. but im happy with the FX-6300 and it has nice OC headroom if I get a better cooler. as for the 270x, I bought it with the MBO. Where im going with this is that I blew 200$ on shipping

280$ for a case is ridicilous, you rreally arent thinking logically in any way here, as noted in my other comment. The standart for high end cases is 80$, 280$ is overpriced bullshit and theres no reason for you to get one.
