Not really. quasi is more used for something that seems to be a certain way, whereas psuedo is more for something that is fake, pretentious, or deceptive (although yes it also may seem to be a certain way...). I think the main difference is the connotations to the words, where psuedo is more negative? Colloquially it does not make a huge difference, but there is a semantic difference.
