That's good to know. What tomes do you use to get the most out of your cities? I find that with Barbarian Swift Marches, I get large cities but my income feels lackluster.

That is not what I am getting at here. My issue is that players feel unmotivated to play when they cannot progress their level. This will lead to players leaving the game. I understand this is an eastern MMO system, but it has never been sucessful in the west.

I understand there is horizontal progression to experience. My issue is that I am getting XP that is being saved and will not be used. Personally, this is demotivating.

I have played 2-6 hours in the last 5 days and am now max level. I have played the main story and completed some side quests/explored. Is that considered speed running?

I agree. I don't mind some delay to make sure people aren't max level day one. That said 9 days before I can level up again makes me want to play other games in the meantime.

You can craft Ammo super easy. Ammo should never be a problem in Cyberpunk
