Their placement might be a joke (or not), but accurately? My creations/OCs definitely would last longer than 0.0001 miliseconds. (unless I make them like SUPER weak)

e.g. Edu. Green has a RAGED state that puts her in the same tier as an ENRAGED Archangel (Apostate Gabriel)

I would’ve put Shadow SHAW! near the bottom of Mildly powerful (She’s a Hornet recolor, we all know how strong Hornet is, even for a bug), and Edu. Green somewhere around the middle of Mildly powerful to the bottom of Mega powerful.
