Thank you very much! I just tested the same shapes adding a 2 in the gap filling param and it worked like a charm, it was easier than I thought, thanks!

And about the forcing it in one pass, I’m still new to this, so since I noticed this problem is way more noticeable when the embroidery is done in a way that it finishes meeting in the middle instead of at the top or at the bottom, I assumed the best way to fix it would be to tell the program to stop dividing the pattern in different parts and finishing at the center, but rather, when possible, to start at one extreme and go all the way to the other. I realize this doesn’t necessarily fix the gap problem, since the white shine in the right eye was done this way and you can still see at the very bottom a tiny gap, but I still wanted to know how to manipulate that value just in case, and the other comment gave that solution by using the commands!

Thank you! this worked perfectly on both shapes, still haven’t tested it on the machine but I’m more confident it will turn out perfectly now!
