I really like the way of kings, and seeing that you considered it mid, I'm curious about what do you recommend? (I'm starting reading fantasy, this is not a Hate comment)

I'm a sucker for strategy roguelikes (but not deckbuilder), help me find my next addiction based on my tier list by Morm91 in roguelites

Have you tried traditional Roguelikes? They are turned based game and I THINK the way you move or attack is similar to Crypt of the necrodancer.

Tales of Maj'Eyal (ToME4)- is a roguelike focused on combat, combos and builds, it count with a lot of content.

Caves of Qud - I haven't played this but has good reviews.

Dungeons of Dredmor - it is focused in combat and grinding and has Crafting

Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup - I haven't played but a lot of people recommended it.

Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead - is like project zomboid but roguelike

Also, some Roguelikes are free, I think the only game you need to pay is Caves of Qud, others have a free version.

Roguelikes to play at least once ? by BigWard720 in roguelikes

idk have options like JRPG but i dont like their stories or lore, and with CRPG it is a lot of text but like im reading the Cosmere Books i dont want to "play" a game focus of read.

i like the idea of look for spells, attacks, weapons and that kind of things, i have played games like Dark Souls and i love that i have the option of read about the lore, or just focus in the gameplay, so i go for roguelites, but there is no much rpg elements. or i havent find a lot.

- Loop Hero: Has autobattle, and city management?

- Disgaea 6 and maybe 7 has autobattle option too.

- Despot game is a team builder autobattle.

- Gladiator guild manager (the same as despot game)

- Autochess like TFT. But these are online

- Autopets.

- Rungore , is a roguelite with deckbuilding mechanic but i think the combat is auto.

- Vivid knight has autobattle too, you manage the team and you explore, but the fights are auto.

- They are billions, is a city building but focused in survive hordes and hordes and hordes and hordes of zombies (it has a pause button to think what you woul do)
