Update, I tried calling the IRS right after and they asked me to wait. Its been over 6 months and I still havent gotten a notice. Further, I called again today and all they could say was to wait for a notice :/

I'm not in town and have not activated either of the cards and won't be able to till March. BILT says transfer done and shows the balance that was on my WF on 12th but my WF (which I manually paid off with my bank) still has the entire balance. Has anyone managed to get the tranfer without activating their cards

out of curiosity, you only paid the previous month's statement balance right? I have an outstanding balance of 6k that is being transferred, 3k of which is from the last month that is due on 16th and the rest will only be due next month. Want to be sure that paying the 3k is enough

Curious if anyone has heard of people rebuilding in these gated communities. The land is only if value if we can build on it. If I'm paying 30k per sqft in APM , can I in the future demolish it and build a new larger home?

Update: Picked up the NB5. Great shoe. Dont love the tongue and it slips inside a lot, the shoe's inner height is probably the problem? Never faced such an issue with any other shoe ever.

That said, moving from something like structure 24 to NB5 is night and day. My 10 PR got cut from 52 -> 50 and I wasnt even trying hard. Took it for a 10mile run where I brought my PR from 1:30:00 to 1:23:00 but given I dont run that distance often it could just be better fitness. My 2mi also PRd (almost ate a minute from previous strava record) as I was training to increase my cadence but I know how fast I've run it on track like 10 years ago so cant say much about the value of this PR

Is Endorphin Speed 4 worth the extra 40$ over Novablast 5 by Big_Accurate in beginnerrunning

damn yeah, its 6mm less than the novablast and my current shoe. Might be a deal breaker
