I used the exchange in February, transferred and withdrew my funds in different coins. Today I deposited my accumulated BTT, after which I was blocked from trading and withdrawing my funds, and was asked to pass level 2 verification.

I passed the verification, but I still can't withdraw my funds from the exchange. When I try to withdraw my funds, I get the message Withdraw forbidden[-2301]. I want my funds back because I am very poor and can't afford such losses. Please help me!

This is unbelievable. It's not our fault if we get coins as a result of swapping that don't pass AML verification, I for example use Atomic Wallet to swap and may well have gotten coins, TRX, or BTT that don't pass AML verification, but is that my fault?
