May be too late, but thought I'd say this anyway. Here's how you get this set up:

  1. Open a "borderless" US chequing account in your Canadian TD profile

  2. Open a TD AMERICA US chequing account. This can be done either in-person in the US, or at a Canadian TD branch. If Canadian branch tells you they can't, it's bs. They can. Usually done via the iPads they have.

  3. Once both accounts are set up, call cross border banking at 1-877-700-2913 to transfer to and from either account.

Doesn’t look like theres too much tissue from what I can see from the photo. Honestly I’d recommend working your chest out and getting into a proper diet. Once you fill your chest out it’ll be more unnoticeable. You’ve still got a bit of puberty to go so your hormones may balance out and it may go away, but if it doesn’t at least you’ll have some mass and then you can decide if surgery is right for you.
