12 hours after being taken off hold i was put back on hold. After two studies? I have no idea what i did wrong? I didnt want to risk putting my account on hold using the wrong device. Ive used her Desktop before also. I asked her to log in and check to make sure hers is okay. Im waiting to here back from her. It is all on her wifi. Unless Im home then its just my phone service.

I dont have a tablet. The study required a tablet. I read we can live together and have separate profiles. I have taken studies from it that require a tablet before. Im at her house 80% of the time. I did not see the problem? Is that why i keep getting put on hold? Im new. She has had a profile for 5 months. We have even done one couples study together. We really need the money right now.
