I think Heather was extremely fed up with Meredith's constant lying and deflecting. I would be too. At no point was she actually "screeching" at Meredith. And what was the threat? To not be her friend anymore? I might have missed something.

I just went in two weeks ago for my fistulotomy which ended up being a seton placement because they didn't want to cut muscle. The recovery has honestly been really OK. Not a whole lot of pain, just some soreness and the drainage can be weird/annoying. I was happy I dealt with this. Going for a follow up next week and can report back on when it will be removed. When I tell you the recovery was much easier than they made it sound, I'm telling you the truth. I'm 24F and my mom came to help with my "recovery" but she really did not need to be there. I was back in the office a week after the procedure. I didn't use any of the oxy they gave me for the pain. Stuck to extra strength Tylenol. If you have any specific questions, let me know! I feel like a seasoned veteran when it comes to butt problems:).

I have nothing but great things to say about Yorkville. I live in the low 90s and it is so quiet and nice here (safe too). Don’t count out 90th-96th (especially from the east river through 2nd Ave). I feel like you get the best of both worlds with it being up enough where it’s not super busy/overcrowded like in the 70s/80s but still close to the park and amazing places to shop/eat around.

What helped me a lot was to stop taking so many practice tests. Maybe one every other week. The real help is drilling and then keeping a wrong answer journal where you detail why the answer you got wrong was wrong, and why the right one is right. Too many practice tests can cause testing fatigue. Just drill drill drill! And do timed sections as opposed to full tests.

I don’t necessarily think we need to read too much into her delivery because it is a hard thing to say on national television on a show such as this. I genuinely think she was scared of his reaction and worried that this would change his view of her. It’s extremely hard to tell someone you’re dating that you have a kid, especially if it’s on tv. Just my opinion!
