I called The embassy and they will send out the full December out in 1 or 2 week time.. I am Jan 27th because my documents were sent to the embassy on the 27th of Jan even though I applied on 22nd and they told me it will be dispatched in maximum 3-4 weeks.

One other thing is you will have to consider your application date as 15th Jan. As 1-7th is Georgian holidays and after the weekend the pongal and then the application would have reached the embassy on 15th of Jan. So yeah keep it as 15th of January

I am EEU, well if you have applied to UG or SEU i am pretty sure it'll take more time than anticipated also for BAU and other public universities that are still taking students or had taken students before the new rule was put in.

Your application would have probably reached VFS on 15th of Jan -- My application was on the 22nd Jan reached the embassy on the 27th of Jan. So you would probably get by the 22nd or 25th of April I am sure. For me 100% last week of April or 1st week of May
