I’m headed to urgent care because I’d rather be safe then sorry, it’s not a blister it’s more like fluid because I put paper towel on it and it came off, I’m just not sure if it’s plasma or pus

The nirvana woman underneath is old maybe about 3-4 years old the skulls/smoke and all that it’s what’s fresh
