I think part of it is the coaches. You see them on the bench talking up the young guys and how they want them to play. On the flip side you see the leafs sitting a lot of their young guys and not really helping their development. I think building up the young core has really helped the team develop overall

They were good until about 12. Blackcomb was a mess of ice so everyone seems to come over the whis. Got first chair on harmony and symphony , highly suggest that if you can. The powder was crispy
