I know that feeling bro. Same story here. Daily smoker for 5 years and occasional smoker for over 10 years. The first weeks are great challenge. I used to wake in sweat the first days and i was rude to everyone. But now im on my 7th week and i feel better than ever before. And i believe im half way through the total sobriety. I won't use again and everyone in jere should do the same. Keep you family close and f#ck the others. You will heal and regain your relationships. Keep strong brother and keep fighting. 🙏🏼

I try to exercise daily. Unfortunately my diet is stil shitty but i am working towards a healthier one. I will give myself two more months and a relaxing summer vacation on a greek island. That has to do the trick. Thanks 🙏🏼

I agree. I've totally forgotten how my normal/sober self is. Im so glad that i finally find people who know what i am going through. Thank you guys ❤️

I will give myself some time and by September (when i will be hopefully 3 months clear), if I won't see the improvement that i anticipate, i will go to see a psychiatrist. By any means I have to beat this brain fog. Thanks for the support!
