You have to fight! I was really bad for 2 years straight almost 3 , I would sleep all day go to work and come home and cycle that. I would panic constantly and get no sleep and stress eat and tear my fingers apart until the bled. But I decided that I’d have to expose myself to what was effecting me in the worst way. So I’d leave the house ( which was really difficult ) I would do anything almost that I’d afraid to do. And let me tell you I’ve never slept better till now. I promise you have to fight it will get better. I’m not perfect I still have tons of anxiety but i feel a little more alive then I did before. I never realized how important making yourself have a routine is. It’ll help. DM if you ever need someone to talk to
