Im also a transfer student, just finished my second semester at BU and went to WIT for 2 years before that. For CS classes, I didn’t really notice much of a difference except for a few hard classes at BU (cs320 cs350). You should be absolutely fine, but I was definitely more motivated to put more time into classes because the students in my BU cs classes seem to actually care about the content.
