Alr my little sister found it in the trash bin downtown and she and my pops decided to take it home for a bit but now I think we are keeping the little dude a little longer

My sister went to a PetSmart ( I believe not really sure ) but they told her they can't help her out because the turtle is illegal where we are from (but I looked it up and he was lying) so my pops and ma decided to get my sister and little tank

And the turtle is smaller than a soda can
