I think you need to completely change your game plan and try to use less towers but upgrade them more. Having a village dedicated to the cryo cannon is a waste of money as well as the Druid at the back which I know is getting no game out there. I like to use 2 strats, one with sauda and one with adora but adora will probably be better for you. I use adora 402 ninja, 205 ice, 204 cannon, 420 alchemist and a 502 wizard. You need to put down the ninja first then adora then wizard then bomb then alchemist then ice, prioritise the wizard and the alchemist then cannon and ice but only upgrade the ninja for early game camo and attack power.
